To order the book, follow these instructions:
1. Download the order form here.
(The form is written in Dutch
and English - a Word document named form.doc)
2. Fill in the order you
want to place digitally and save it.
(Exact prices of books,
postage and packaging are listed in the document)
3. E-mail it as an attachment to the address below, and wait for a reply.
NOTE 1:
If you need or want to send cash for the order, you must ask for
an address by e-mail first!
NOTE 2: If you want to trade a book for music
from your own band, just ask about it in an e-mail!
